Lady Doppler - Megamind

This is a quick head-shot of Lady Doppler, a villain from DreamWorks Animation's Megamind who would have been part of a group of villains called the Doom Syndicate which didn't make it to the final film. She did not appear in the film, but her concept art is in "The Art of Megamind" book and this drawing is based on the design that I thought was the best. Her powers would have had something to do with the weather and I figure she would also be able to fly. This was sketched and then inked/colored in Paint Tool Sai.
